Accountabilities:

Data Annotation & Labeling: Annotate, classify, and label text, audio, image, and video data to train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and AI systems.
Response & Search Evaluation: Evaluate search results, digital advertisements, and AI chatbot outputs for factual accuracy, linguistic quality, relevance, and safety.
Prompt Engineering & Testing: Create, test, and iterate complex prompts in Dutch to evaluate and expand the conversational capabilities of modern AI tools.
Cultural & Linguistic QA: Verify that AI-generated content aligns with authentic Dutch linguistic norms, cultural nuances, and industry-specific context.
Feedback & Documentation: Provide detailed, structured feedback and error reporting to help technical teams refine model reasoning and evaluation frameworks.

Requirements:

Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch, accompanied by strong professional proficiency in English.
Technical Comfort: Comfortable navigating digital tools, online platforms, data annotation portals, and web-based software applications.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for detail, critical thinking, and a strong curiosity regarding artificial intelligence and linguistic accuracy.
Workstation & Setup: Access to a reliable personal computer and high-speed internet connection suitable for remote data annotation work.
Preferred Experience: Previous background or interest in linguistics, translation, proofreading, content moderation, or AI data annotation is a plus.
