Position: Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Hybrid

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Data Engineering. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building autonomous AI agents, RAG-based applications, ETL/ELT pipelines, and scalable AI solutions using Python and cloud platforms.

Your Role Responsibilities and Duties:

Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agent solutions for enterprise use cases.
Build single-agent and multi-agent systems using modern Agentic AI frameworks.
Develop RAG applications using vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and third-party services.
Optimize AI applications for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost.
Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, observability, and AI safety best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the AI solution lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
8–12 years of software engineering experience with strong AI/ML and Data Engineering expertise.
Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and Semantic Search.
Experience with frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
Experience building GenAI applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
Strong experience in ETL/ELT, Data Engineering, and enterprise data pipelines.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD practices.
Good to have experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
