Archlynk is hiring AI/ML Engineers to design and deploy cutting-edge machine learning and AI solutions that transform global supply chain, logistics, and enterprise operations. The role involves building scalable models, working with computer vision, large language models (LLMs), and MLOps pipelines, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business impact.

What will your day look like?

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI and Machine Learning solutions.
Design and implement Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents.
Develop scalable AI applications using Python and leading ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering and Business stakeholders to define AI roadmaps and solution strategies.
Lead architecture discussions and establish best practices for AI/ML development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Implement MLOps processes including model versioning, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, chatbots, and knowledge management solutions using modern AI frameworks.
Work with vector databases and knowledge retrieval frameworks to create scalable and accurate GenAI solutions.

Skills and attributes for success:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in modern AI/ML technologies and production-grade implementations.
Strong programming expertise in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost, or similar frameworks.
Experience working with Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and foundation models.
Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering, RAG architectures, AI Agents, and Conversational AI solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have:

Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.
Experience building AI solutions within Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or ERP environments.
Exposure to Multi-Agent AI architectures and autonomous workflow orchestration.
Relevant certifications in Azure AI, AWS Machine Learning, or Google Cloud AI.
